Guided tours
Come with your class, organisation or family to discover the opera of Ghent, Antwerp or the ballet at 't Eilandje in Antwerp.
Through an interactive tour, we unveil the mystery of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen, a bustling beehive. Along the route, both in front and behind the scenes, stories of the present come to light. Together, we explore the creative processes that transform Opera Ballet Vlaanderen into an inspiring home inhabited by passionate employees.
In both opera houses (Antwerp and Ghent), we offer tours on Mondays at 09:30 AM or 01:30 PM, with a maximum of 2 guides (€80/guide). On 't Eilandje, tours are available on Thursdays at 10 AM, with a maximum of 1 guide (€80). These tours are by appointment and need to be scheduled in advance. Each guide can accommodate up to 25 students.

Technical tours
We reveal what may not always be visible to the audience. Through this tour, we uncover the technical aspects of an ongoing production. Together with our technical colleagues, we unravel the process. What design did they start with? Who is involved in creating sets, props, costumes, wigs, and more? Get to know the specialized techniques and locations behind the scenes: the rigging, the light towers, the dressing rooms...

Tours for Groups (companies, etc.)
Explore the opera of Ghent, Antwerp, or the ballet at 't Eilandje in Antwerp during an interactive tour that unveils the mystery of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen and delves into the creative processes that make it an inspiring home, along with stories from the present.
These tours are available for groups of up to 25 people per guide and take place at Opera Antwerp, Opera Ghent, or Theater 't Eilandje. They last approximately 75 minutes.
€200 per guide (maximum 25 people) / Tour duration: approx. 75 minutes / Language: Dutch.
