The bars in Opera Antwerp

At Opera Antwerp, you can visit different levels for a bite and a drink:

Level 1 - 1st balcony

  • FOYER: The FOYER is open before the performance, during the intermission and up to one hour after the performance.
  • SNACK BAR: Here you can get a small snack.
  • BAR COUR (takeaway bar): Avoid the queue during intermission and order and pay for your drink(s) in advance at BAR COUR. You can then pick it up during the intermission.

Level 4 - 3rd balcony

  • BAR JARDIN: In this brand new bar you can chat quietly at a table.

Level 5 - 1st amphitheater

  • BLUE BAR: In this intimate bar you are immersed in blue atmospheres.

BAR COUR, BAR JARDIN and the BLUE BAR are open during the intermission.

  • If you have tickets on the parterre or 1st balcony: then the FOYER or BAR COUR is the closest.
  • If you have tickets on the 2nd or 3rd balcony: then BAR JARDIN is the closest.
  • If you have tickets on the 1st or 2nd amphitheater: then the BLUE BAR is the closest.

Whether you opt for a full-course dinner or a quick, tasty bite to eat, our catering partners guarantee prompt service so that you’ll be seated in the auditorium without going hungry and right on time.
