After sold-out performances of Room with a View and Age of Content, the French collective (LA)HORDE returns to DE SINGEL together with Ballet national de Marseille. With their explosive style and sharp eye for pop culture, they have grown into an influential dance collective, attracting global stars such as Rosalía and Angèle. In Après moi, le déluge, they look at a world that seems to be losing its balance. On stage, bodies appear to collapse even before the dance begins: they fall, melt, disintegrate. In an attempt to turn back time, the choreography searches for a moment before the rupture – before the crisis. But for that, the ground itself must first break open. From that crack emerge new figures: hybrid, monstrous bodies born from our collective stories, desires, and silences. With their signature visual power and physical intensity, (LA)HORDE continues to explore how dance can break through the narratives that shape our bodies.
