Opera Ballet Vlaanderen actively focuses on accessibility and inclusiveness. With an adapted pricing policy, we aim to lower the financial threshold. However, the charm of our historic buildings does present us with challenges to meet contemporary comfort standards for people with reduced mobility. AUDIO DESCRIPTION
For blind and visually impaired individuals, we provide an audio description for Nabucco on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM in collaboration with INTER and VeBeS.
PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY
Our wheelchair spaces are available at a 50 percent discount on the standard price. Dedicated wheelchair seats are available on the ground floor. If an assistent is required, they receive the same discount. Tickets at this rate can only be ordered by phone or in person at the box office and with an official certificate. If we need to provide special assistance, you can mention this during the reservation. This rate is never retroactively applicable (please mention the discount when ordering). Both venues are equipped with accessible restrooms. In Ghent, the elevator only reaches the level of the first balcony, where the Foyer and salons are located. In Antwerp, the elevator goes all the way to the top. If you have limited mobility, seats on the ground floor or first balcony are always the best option. Assistance dogs are welcome with prior notice.

REDUCED RATE
In both Antwerp and Ghent, you can purchase tickets at the reduced rate (80 percent discount). In Antwerp, this is possible with the A-Kaart with reduced rate or a national social security number. In Ghent, the discount applies upon presentation of your Ghent UiTPAS. These discounts do not apply to subscriptions. In Antwerp, reduced rate tickets can only be purchased at the box office and up to one day before the performance. In Ghent, tickets at the UiTPAS rate can also be booked online. This rate is strictly personal (one ticket per performance per A-Kaart or UiTPAS). The rate is never retroactively applicable (please mention the discount when ordering) and is always subject to availability.
VRIJUIT
OBV is a partner of VRIJUIT. VRIJUIT makes cultural and sports events affordable for people on a limited budget. Through member organizations, they provide around 20,000 people with a pleasant day or evening out. Tickets available directly via vrijuit.nu.
JOBSEEKERS
Jobseekers can attend our performances on weekdays with a 25 percent discount. Tickets at this rate can only be ordered by phone or in person at the box office, and with an official certificate.
