Getting a subsciption or season tickets is more than ever the most economical choice. You are guaranteed a fixed seat in the auditorium. And we also take your schedule into account. Read below what other benefits we have in store and how you can order.
THE BEST PRICE
The price of a season ticket is always lower than the price of those individual tickets combined. To optimally match demand with supply, we apply dynamic ticket pricing, meaning the price of individual tickets may fluctuate throughout the season. Moreover, as a season ticket holder, you do not pay any reservation fees. On this page, we provide the price range of the season tickets, as the price often depends on a concert or performance not taking place in our own theatres. You will see the exact price when ordering online or at our ticket offices.
-35 AND -26: EXTRA DISCOUNTED
If you are younger than 35, we offer our season ticket packages with a 30% discount. Are you under 26? Then the discount increases to 50%.
FLEXIBLE DATE EXCHANGES WITH NO EXCHANGE FEE
As a season ticket holder, you can exchange your tickets online for another date of the same production, without paying an exchange fee.
HOW?
- You can exchange your tickets yourself via the website when logged in.
- As a season ticket holder, you do not pay exchange fees. If you exchange for a more expensive ticket, for example from a weekday to a weekend day, you simply pay the difference.
- You can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before the start of the performance you wish to switch from.
- Exchanges are possible within the same seating category and subject to availability.
Exchanges are possible starting from the launch of individual ticket sales on Friday, 6 June 2025, for performances at Opera Antwerp and Opera Ghent.
GUARANTEED (FIXED) SEATING
In almost all season ticket packages, you have your fixed seat for all performances in our own venues. A season ticket is the perfect way to keep the same seat year after year. You can also renew or modify your season ticket for the next season with priority.

- NEW: Discount at Opéra de Lille. Season ticket holders of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen enjoy a 15% discount on tickets for the entire 25/26 season of Opéra de Lille. Buy your tickets online at opera-lille.fr and select the rate ‘tarif partenaires culturels’ or ‘partner cultural institutions’. In the next step, you will be asked to upload a ticket showing your season ticket discount at Opera Ballet Vlaanderen.

RENEWING AND MODIFYING
Saturday 10 May to Tuesday 20 May 2025
Renewing your season ticket is very easy via the link you will receive in your inbox. This will renew your season ticket from last season (same seat, same package). Would you prefer a different series or a different seat within your existing series? You can check online which seats are available in the various series, or you can contact the ticket office.
If you do not respond by 20 May 2025, your seats will automatically be released for sale.
Friends of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen have priority: they can renew or modify from Thursday 8 May 2025.
You did not have a season ticket in the 24/25 season?
New season tickets are available from Friday 23 May 2025.
From then on, you can order a new season ticket online and pay immediately. You choose your seat yourself. From that day, you can also contact the ticket office by phone or in person. Friends of Opera Ballet Vlaanderen also have priority here: new season tickets are available to them from Thursday 22 May 2025.
